Old but favorite. Tiger (Watercolor, indian ink, nib)
A bit tired of clay, so here is an indian ink tree from my moleskine journal. Its paper is not intended to be covered with watercolor and start to warp immediately, but still the the result is quite good methinks.
Birds. Сlay, engobe, glaze (2011)
Wow! Greetings to all new followers who joined this cozy blog after my apocalyptic postcard was published on eatsleepdraw. You are awesome!
And today — some pages from one of my old sketchbooks — Mr. Incognito and his pet.
Legion of rabbits.
Another work in progress — illustrating legend of Icarus.
Deer for Zevi. Her birthday is in one and a half hour. Indian ink. Old but beloved.
to herpicusderpicus:
First of all, thank you for such an incredibly kind words! You truly made my day!
And to the question about the prints:
Unfortunately at the moment I don’t print and sell my pictures. Only ceramics and just in the vicinity of my city. But comments like yours make me think of it!
There are many unsolved questions for me about selling things like this on-line and delivering them so far away from Ukraine, I live in. But I’m studying this issue, and as soon as possible I hope I’ll bring some good news!
And thanks again to you and other my followers for the attention to my work!
You are sooooo nice!! ^____^
Another work in progress. Soon I’ll show you what will I turn these sweethearts into. God bless the PorcelainPEN!
30 day challenge
Day one: self-portrait.
By the way „Strizh“ is translated as swift. And that’s how friends call me)
Today was a hard day blessed by great martyr Venechka Yerofeyev, so I’ve spent it in holy melancholy. Almost like a redhead on this quick sketch. Except for I was dressed.
So I’ve printed a postcard from this post. And it looks even better than the original! Joy-joy!
